Phoenix | Corporate Office

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Bonus eligible

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

This position will travel extensively throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Occasional travel to Denver will be required.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Working within established community budgets, ensure that each Sales team is achieving or exceeding projected occupancy and operating within budgetary guidelines.
• Developing robust waiting list of future Residents of new construction.
• Developing outside referral sources through sales calls on an ongoing basis.
• Personally, shop competitor communities in local primary marketing areas (PMAs) supported and work with community sales team to strategically position their community and sell against the competition.
• Conducting onsite sales in the absence of a salesperson or to help boost sales when a community census drops or is in lease up whenever possible.
• Analyzing occupancy trends, market/competition trends and length of sales cycle data to determine the necessary sales activities to achieve full occupancy and a robust wait list.

Salary: Starting at $65,000 annually

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation.
• Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting and able to identify issues arising with electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural issues, and painting.
• Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance and repair issues throughout the community.
• Ensure that all community vehicles are maintained properly and kept in good working condition. Maintain required credentials to drive community vehicle as needed.
• Adhere to community on-call requirements for emergency repairs or maintenance issues.

Salary: $19.50-$22.95 dependent on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-10:00am, Part-Time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Salary: $18.50-$21.25 per hour dependent on experience

Schedule: Full-time, 6am-2pm, Tues-Thurs(MC) and Fri-Sat(AL)

 In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Mornings,  Weekends, Afternoons

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
