Vice President of Food & Beverage

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage executive to lead and elevate the dining program across all Spectrum Retirement Communities. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a portfolio-wide role — you’ll set the standard for culinary quality, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, while partnering with community teams and the Corporate Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience every day.
What You’ll Do
- Own the company-wide food & beverage program — setting policies, standards, and strategic direction aligned with Spectrum’s brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Executive Chef to plan and implement menus that delight residents, meet regulatory requirements, and stay within budget.
- Lead budget planning for the F&B program; work with community and regional teams to keep costs within targeted parameters.
- Conduct regular community site visits to observe operations, audit food service quality, and coach team members on improvements.
- Develop orientation and training programs for Food & Beverage staff across the portfolio.
- Advise on food supply vendor selection with a focus on quality, cost control, and inventory management.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting senior living dining programs.

Regional Director of Maintenance

The Regional Director, Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the general operating maintenance and repair of communities in assigned region meets corporate standards and expectations. The Regional Director, Maintenance assists community leaders by evaluating and verifying that the community is operating in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner. The Regional Director, Maintenance position reports to the Vice President, Property Maintenance.
In this position, the main responsibilities include:
Visit all communities in assigned region on a scheduled basis to inspect community conditions and performance of the maintenance team members.
Ensure communities in assigned region are adhering to the SRC preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and systems. Provide high level recommendations and repairs on high level as needed.
Ensure communities in assigned region are adhering to rent ready policy and expectations.
Ensure the community is adhering to inventory management of all maintenance materials to include tools, equipment, and supplies and partner with VP, Property Management at employing cost-effective ways to ordering supplies and best value pricing.
Be on call at short notice to assist with communities’ emergencies, including but not limited to: snow removal, water intrusion, fire, building structure damage.
Review Emergency Preparedness Plans and make recommendations, as necessary.
Inspect completed work orders to ensure all are being completed with Corporate expectations.
Review weekly Manager, Maintenance reports to identify potential areas of concerns.
Be available to assist community maintenance team members on a regular basis, outside of normal scheduled hours.
Maintenance Manager
West Chester Township | West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care
The Manager, Maintenance is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation.
- Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting and able to identify issues arising with electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural issues, and painting.
- Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance and repair issues throughout the community.
- Ensure that all community vehicles are maintained properly and kept in good working condition. Maintain required credentials to drive community vehicle as needed.
