In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Salary: $25-$30/hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Remote work may be permitted. 

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent support for centralized recruitment & HR operations, including oversight of candidate for hire through onboarding processes. Assists with updating job descriptions and managing various administrative support functions.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintains the Talent Acquisition inbox and provides customer service to community and corporate leaders.
• Manages access and analytics for applicant tracking system (ATS), background checks, job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn), reference check vendor, etc.
• Provides support and manages ATS processes for all communities, including training new BOMs and EDs.
• Approves all job postings for communities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assists with onboarding requests for all new employees at communities and corporate office, ensuring compliance with required offer and pre-employment processes.
• Provides general recruiting, sourcing and administrative support to recruiters, corporate office and communities. Collaborates with all other areas in HR.
• Advises managers and team members on staffing policies and procedures.
• Facilitates recurring monthly Talent Acquisition trainings, including scheduling and leading.
• Assists recruiting leadership in creating training guides and new process SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for creating a superlative dining experience for our residents.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate a full complement of staff. Maintain department records and perform administrative functions.
• Establish, document, direct, and assist with general kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with the community leadership team for any special functions or needs of residents
• Comply with all state, local, or federal rules, regulations, and licensing requirements related to health, safety (OSHA), and general operations of the Food & Beverage Department

• As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
• Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community

Salary: $60,000 - $73,500, commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Full Time, Sunday - Thursday 

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments and resident care plans, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment and care planning.

This position may occasionally fill in on the weekend as a Manager-On-Duty.

Salary: $17.50-20.00 based on experience

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

Schedule: Part Time, Noc Shift Friday & Saturday 10pm-6am

 In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The ability to work effectively as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability to change and pace of duties while maintaining a warm and encouraging disposition is important.

• Assist in coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures

Schedule: Part time hours available on day, evening, and night shifts

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

The Director of Resident Care plans, implements, directs, and monitors effective Assisted Living and Memory Care systems in accordance with Spectrum’s philosophy, policies, resident rights, and state regulations. They use effective interpersonal communication and leadership skills to motivate team members in providing quality care and services to promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Direct resident well-being according to State regulations to ensure appropriate and acceptable standards of care and adequate staffing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• In conjunction with the Executive Director recruit, select, supervise, mentor, appraise and counsel caregiving team members
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment, care planning and team assignments
