The Director of Entertainment & Programming is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a diverse range of engaging activities and events tailored to meet the needs and preferences of residents. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure programs are well-integrated into the overall community experience, managing a vibrant team of programming professionals, and fostering partnerships with external organizations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic planning skills to design innovative programs that enhance resident satisfaction and promote community involvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides strategic direction for the community to provide adult-centric, relevant, elevated and purposeful programming that addresses the Physical, Social, Spiritual, Emotional, Cognitive and Leisure needs of our residents.
• Determines resident programming preferences, talents and needs. Tracks resident participation and adjusts calendar events accordingly. Evaluates programs to make sure the quality and content of programs fits the needs of all residents.
• Stays up to date of active aging and generational trends in order to enhance the community programming department.
• Develops signature programming & events to enhance the residents living experience.
• Influences and encourages residents to engage in programming using positive relationships and personalized interactions.

Starting Salary: $15.00 - 16.10

Schedule: Part-time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the Community, achieving high resident/employee satisfaction, generating respect in the neighborhood for the Community, ensuring smooth operation of the Community and reaching the projected budget objectives for the company.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs, requests, concerns, and suggestions.
• Perform marketing and sales activities including public relations efforts, prospective resident follow-up, and direct sales monitoring to ensure positive occupancy percentages.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff in all departments.
• Operate the Community in a manner that will ensure company profitability by exceeding all community budget and census guidelines as set by the company.
• Perform administrative duties including month-end reports. Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly billings, and accounting and bookkeeping requirements (i.e., residents, A/R, A/P, payroll, collections, etc.)
• Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations and all company rules regarding the operation of the Community.
• Have a basic understanding and knowledge of Fair Housing Rules/Laws.

Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Full time 6am-2pm, every other weekend

Salary: $71,000 - $80,000

Hours: Full Time 

This position may occasionally fill in on the weekend as a Manager-On-Duty.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered dementia care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments and resident care plans, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment and care planning.

Salary: starting at $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Part Time, 3:30pm - 7:00pm-must have weekend availability

• As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
• Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community

Salary: $16.95 - $17.75

Schedule: Part time - Every other weekend

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.

Schedule: Full time, variable schedule. Weekend availability required. 

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Salary: $17.50-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full Time 6am-2pm, includes some weekends

• Hires and trains Line Cooks and Dishwashers, under general direction of the Director of F&B.
• Places food and supply orders.
• Completes and documents safety audits and monthly in-service trainings.
• Ensures correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen.
• Oversees kitchen labor and food cost; monitors budget.
• Prepares high quality food.
• No late nights - kitchen closes approximately 8pm!

The Director of Resident Care plans, implements, directs, and monitors effective Assisted Living and Memory Care systems in accordance with Spectrum’s philosophy, policies, resident rights, and state regulations. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. 

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

Salary:$14.65 - $14.65 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, Varies 

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.

Salary: $22.10 - $23.50

Schedule: Full Time, weekends required

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
• Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.

Salary:$16.50-$18.00
