The Restaurant Systems Coordinator is responsible for optimizing and managing the technology systems that support food and beverage operations in senior living communities. This role involves analyzing restaurant and dining software, improving workflows, integrating technology solutions, monitoring compliance and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:  

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of restaurant and dining-related technology systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between software systems, including point of sale, food cost management, purchasing, recipes, menus, resident meal tracking and business information (BI).
• Monitor systems’ performance, conduct configuration reviews and troubleshoot issues, systems updates, and enhancements, coordinating with vendors for support for systems’ optimization.
• Analyze dining and restaurant operations data to identify inefficiencies and report findings.
• Track restaurant systems compliance and act as systems’ gatekeeper.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline ordering, meal tracking, cost reporting and billing.
• Generate reports on purchasing, compliance, meal trends, participation, and operational costs to support decision-making.

Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops and directs community clinical and medication programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and within standards of clinical practice as defined by the American Nurses Association. Informs and works collaboratively with Executive Director regarding clinical concerns and compliance issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Serves as a clinical resource for community staff.

• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments, completion of resident Care Plans and reviewing them with resident family members and/or Power of Attorney, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• Accountable for timely assessments and accurate care plans in the electronic health record, plus communication with Business Office Manager any additional care given for accurate resident billing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Must be able to work on-call for any shift as needed

• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community

The Analyst, Billing & Revenue is responsible for supporting the financial performance of multiple communities by managing resident accounts, analyzing receivables, and coordinating billing and collections activities. This role ensures that revenue is recorded and billed timely and in accordance with resident leases and company policies.  The role also plays a key part in maintaining efficient billing workflows, supporting process improvements, and delivering excellent internal customer service. This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

In this position, the main responsibilities include:

• Prepare and execute monthly EFT transactions accurately and on schedule, ensuring proper authorization has been obtained, and forms are correctly completed and executed.
• Oversee the timely deposit and posting of check receipts by community teams, with the potential to assume direct responsibility as processes evolve.
• Process returned payments and coordinate with community teams to ensure appropriate follow-up with residents or responsible parties.
• Monitor and analyze aging receivables across communities, proactively addressing collection risks by coordinating with community teams, issuing late notices, applying fees, and escalating delinquent accounts through payment plans or legal action as appropriate.
• Accurately process bi-annual in-place rent adjustments and other billing changes in resident accounts, including care service charge updates throughout the year.
• Assist with the implementation of a lockbox collection system to streamline payment processing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
