The Business Office Manager manages the business office, front desk, telephones, community files and records, and provides leadership to the Community in the absence of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records for all Accounts Receivable (including collections), payroll and petty cash; process items for corporate accounting functions under direct supervision of the Executive Director
• Maintain current resident business files and leases. Maintain Community census data.
• Maintain confidentiality of information received regarding the Community, employees, and residents
• Obtain and maintain all required employee paperwork and manage the employee files.
• Coordinate and inform regarding the employee benefits program. Track employee training to ensure that all employees receive orientation and on-going training.
• Supervise front desk staff and any other administrative support staff. Cover the reception desk when needed at the community.  Oversee the telephone training and quality assurance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director.

Salary: $14.10 - $15.90

Schedule: Part Time

• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

Salary:  starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, Evening/Night shifts available

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Salary: $19.50 - $22.95 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday, 6am - 2pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage the community sales activities; working with placement agencies, speaking with prospects, touring potential residents, and closing sales.
• Analyze occupancy trends, market/competition trends, and length of sales cycle data to determine the necessary sales activities to achieve full occupancy and a robust waitlist.
• Develop an effective outreach plan based on the needs of the community.
• Ensure apartment readiness and the completion of all move-in paperwork prior to move-in.
• Monitor the community, model apartments, and outside grounds to ensure that the community is clean and tour-ready.

The salary range for this position $70,000 - $85,000 annually. The schedule is full-time. This is a hybrid position; when not traveling, some remote work is permitted. Travel will be required at least 25% of the time. 

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with community and regional leaders to manage coaching, counseling and training within the region.
• Providing day to day performance management advice to community leaders.
• Leading internal investigations.
• Working with Business Office Managers to assure that all HR practices are compliant within their community.

Schedule: Full Time 

The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close. Working directly with the Sales Director to achieve occupancy goals.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform community sales activities be effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (From formal inquiry to move in).
• Works with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly.
• Establish relationships with the outside referral sources in the community through face to face meetings on an on-going basis.

Salary: starting at $18.50 per hour, based on experience

 In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
