Sales Director

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our Spectrum retirement communities. You’ll develop and execute the community’s sales strategy end-to-end — building referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process, and ensuring a steady pipeline that supports long-term occupancy stability.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sustainable occupancy growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy with effective lead management and conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
- Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional experience and partnering with Operations for seamless resident transitions.
- Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Transportation Coordinator (Driver)

The Transportation Coordinator (Driver) plays a critical role in delivering a structured, reliable, and resident-focused transportation program within the community. This role extends beyond driving to include transportation coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including, but not limited to, coverage of designated medical transportation days (Tuesday and Thursday).
