The Manager, Maintenance is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation.
• Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting and able to identify issues arising with electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural issues, and painting.
• Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance and repair issues throughout the community.
• Ensure that all community vehicles are maintained properly and kept in good working condition. Maintain required credentials to drive community vehicle as needed.
• Adhere to community on-call requirements for emergency repairs or maintenance issues.

Salary: starting at 19.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part Time, Friday and Saturday,  6am - 2pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.

The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the Community, achieving high resident/employee satisfaction, generating respect in the neighborhood for the Community, ensuring smooth operation of the Community and reaching the projected budget objectives for the company.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs, requests, concerns, and suggestions.
• Perform marketing and sales activities including public relations efforts, prospective resident follow-up, and direct sales monitoring to ensure positive occupancy percentages.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff in all departments.
• Operate the Community in a manner that will ensure company profitability by exceeding all community budget and census guidelines as set by the company.
• Perform administrative duties including month-end reports. Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly billings, and accounting and bookkeeping requirements (i.e., residents, A/R, A/P, payroll, collections, etc.)
• Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations and all company rules regarding the operation of the Community.
• Have a basic understanding and knowledge of Fair Housing Rules/Laws.

The Restaurant Systems Coordinator is responsible for optimizing and managing the technology systems that support food and beverage operations in senior living communities. This role involves analyzing restaurant and dining software, improving workflows, integrating technology solutions, monitoring compliance and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:  

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of restaurant and dining-related technology systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between software systems, including point of sale, food cost management, purchasing, recipes, menus, resident meal tracking and business information (BI).
• Monitor systems’ performance, conduct configuration reviews and troubleshoot issues, systems updates, and enhancements, coordinating with vendors for support for systems’ optimization.
• Analyze dining and restaurant operations data to identify inefficiencies and report findings.
• Track restaurant systems compliance and act as systems’ gatekeeper.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline ordering, meal tracking, cost reporting and billing.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic planning skills to design innovative programs that enhance resident satisfaction and promote community involvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides strategic direction for the community to provide adult-centric, relevant, elevated and purposeful programming that addresses the Physical, Social, Spiritual, Emotional, Cognitive and Leisure needs of our residents.
• Determines resident programming preferences, talents and needs. Tracks resident participation and adjusts calendar events accordingly. Evaluates programs to make sure the quality and content of programs fits the needs of all residents.
• Stays up to date of active aging and generational trends in order to enhance the community programming department.

The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for creating a superlative dining experience for our residents.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate a full complement of staff. Maintain department records and perform administrative functions.
• Establish, document, direct, and assist with general kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with community leadership team for any special functions or needs of residents
• Comply with all state, local, or federal rules, regulations, and licensing requirements related to health, safety (OSHA) and general operations of the Food & Beverage Department

Salary:  $15.00/hour

Schedule: Tuesdays or Thursdays and every weekend

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents. 
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.

Travel - 75% 

The Regional Director of Food and Beverage provides strategic direction to all Food and Beverage departments of assigned communities. The position works with community Food and Beverage Directors on maintaining program standards, conducting training, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

In this position, the main responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance with Spectrum’s Food and Beverage standards for front of the house, back of the house and key performance improvement metrics.
•  Coach and train new Food and Beverage Directors to Spectrum standards and expectations. Support Food and Beverage Directors in training all restaurant staff to success.
• Regularly visit assigned communities to audit Food and Beverage program and coach Food and Beverage Director on program improvements. Provide written feedback and follow up actions with completion timeline to Food and Beverage Director and Executive Director.
•  Drive favorable customer satisfaction by offering excellent service, high food quality and resident choice.
• Must be in assigned communities at least three days per week, on average, as agreed upon with Vice President of Food and Beverage.

The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.

• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians
