As an agency partner with Creve Coeur Assisted Living, I had a wonderful experience with the staff, residents and families celebrating the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball spirit. They had Fred Bird from the Cardinals and allowed him to showcase all of his antics and he had everyone laughing and smiling. The community also helps residents foster animals through the APA. In addition to the expert care they provide their residents, Creve Coeur Assisted Living takes an equal amount of care in supporting the families that visit.

Having researched many facilities in the St. Louis area we are very happy with our choice for mom to join the family at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. The facilities are top-notch, the personnel are super helpful, even the other residents are friendly and made mom feel comfortable. The billing is quite simple with zero surprises and they do not nickel and dime you. They offer many activities and mom especially likes going on the free outings. I highly recommend Creve Coeur Assisted Living based on our first two months personal experience.

We have had a wonderfully smooth adjustment to Creve Coeur Assisted Living. My parents have been here nearly 3 weeks and they are extremely happy with their new digs. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. No place like home!

I have the mother of a long time friend living here and the whole family could not be happier. The community is conveniently located, beautifully decorated and has a very caring staff. There are plenty of planned activities, excellent meals and dementia care when the need arises. I would highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself what they have to offer!

My last review was out of anger i was emotionally drained i brought my home experience to work i FIRST and FOR MOST want to apologize To Kimberly Brown because NEVER has she done anything wrong to me personally. She always TRIED to be nothing but supportive for her staff. She allow her staff to pick and choose their battles and she remain positive no matter the war. I can HONESTLY state she has been there for me.Yes she is firm but thats what the job need.Like I stated before I LOVED working there with EACH resident and will do it again if needed/offered. Again I apologize to Creve Couer staff and Kimberly for the last review.over all they are a great team

Clean, staff mostly attentive, not accommodating with food preferences and not willing to change that.

communication an issue. AL director mistreats employees. Many have quit and referenced her as a main reason. Residents are amazing. Young community that has a lot of growing to do.

Beware. My grandparents lived here but after my grandmothers hospitalization they refused to let her return. So a word to the wise...find somewhere else that allows people to live there through the end of their life. If your loved one becomes ill this place will likely kick them out. Even though they wouldn’t let her return they were sure happy to take an additional 30 days rent which as of today they’ve refused to refund our family for. The nurses and aides are very kind but the executive management lacks empathy and compassion. My grandmother only had days left and would have been going back there to live her last few days on earth beside my grandfather with the assistance of private duty nurses and hospice - executive management here denied them of this. If you are looking to place your loved one in a place they can stay the remainder of their life look elsewhere. Thanks for making the last few days of my grandmothers life a scattered mess as we scrambled to find somewhere peaceful for her to pass.

My very good friend of mom had memory issues. She had a long term care insurance which required the opinions(assessments) of 3 medical professionals (nursing home nurse, her own doctor, and the insurance company's assigned nurse). It got to the point that his mom could not be alone for 24 hours because she was losing her mind. When my friend and I took his mom to CCMC, they were supposed to give the assessment by their nurse. The LPN, Jennifer, at this place didn't give the full assessment but talking to his mom couple minutes-I think max 10 min conversation. Later we found out that she submitted the form to insurance com saying my friend's mom was just fine and no need for extra care which caused the rejection of the insurance claim. If Jennifer gave the full assessment and wrote the opinion that his mom didn't need the care, I understood. But she didn't' even give any formal assessment but just talking. .Her doc gave the formal assessment and of course, she failed the test miserably. the insurance company assigned nurse gave the assessment and his mom failed it miserably, too. The manager never apologized but asked us to pay money to secure the spot. How come the manager asked him to move his mom in CCMC if their nurse said that his mom was just fine and NO need for extra care. I would not put my mom in this place because of this unfriendly and irresponsible nurse, and manager. Only one person I give credit is "Paige" She is awesome. She should be the manager of this place. She is the only one who kept on apologizing and trying to make it right and came to work even on Sunday to meet us. If I put my mom there, who I need to deal with? Nurse and manager. Not Paige. If you don't have money but need to count on insurance plan, do NOT go to this place. They do NOT have any experience about insurance claims. NO knowledge or skills. They didn't even do their own job..NO assessment but filling out the form??and kept on calling and asking to move in?
