For our Memory Care residents, we offer one simple monthly fee that covers all the essentials—no surprises, just a solid foundation to design the lifestyle you’ve always imagined.

Memory Care

In Memory Care, Spectrum employs a unique five-tiered level of care rate structure combined with a tiered approach to medication management and insulin support. This is designed to enhance our existing services by presenting a comprehensive approach to how we evaluate levels of care.

By using this unique tiered program, we can provide the supportive health services that best suit our residents’ wants and needs.

The base rate in the community, whether Assisted Living or Memory Care, includes two elements: rent and the Service Fee, which provides for the provision of those service and care components that are not connected to the resident’s personalized care plan.

As care needs elevate, there is an increased cost for each additional level of care up to Level Five. Our transparency ensures residents and families know what part of their cost is connected to their personalized care, specific medication management and/or insulin support needs.

One-Time Fee

Community Fee
The Community Fee is aligned with the value of your first month’s rent, up to a maximum of $5,000. This fee helps ensure your apartment is beautifully prepared, supports the upkeep and enhancement of community spaces and amenities, and covers essential administrative services for a seamless living experience.
