The Manager, Maintenance is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation.
• Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting and able to identify issues arising with electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural issues, and painting.
• Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance and repair issues throughout the community.
• Ensure that all community vehicles are maintained properly and kept in good working condition. Maintain required credentials to drive community vehicle as needed.
• Adhere to community on-call requirements for emergency repairs or maintenance issues.

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for assisting with the administration of health and welfare benefits, leaves of absence, recognition and retirement programs.  This position will interact with internal customers and external vendors, performing duties such as liaison for leaves administration, reporting and auditing of data, enrollment administration, and assistance in creating and delivering exceptional and timely customer service responses to team members. This position will also be responsible for assisting in creating communication materials for all benefits.

• Administers leaves of absence, employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, educational assistance, perks, recognition programs,  and other benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state and local law.
• Complies with laws and regulations applicable to employee benefit programs and Leaves of Absence including but not limited to COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, ADA, ACA, and FMLA.
• Accurately documents and maintains records in accordance with Company standards and applicable law.
• Supports the annual benefits renewal cycle including data gathering and analysis to support the decision-making process.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. 

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community.
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary.

The Business Office Manager manages the business office, front desk, telephones, community files and records, and provides leadership to the Community in the absence of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records for all Accounts Receivable (including collections), payroll and petty cash; process items for corporate accounting functions under direct supervision of the Executive Director
• Maintain current resident business files and leases. Maintain Community census data.
• Maintain confidentiality of information received regarding the Community, employees, and residents
• Obtain and maintain all required employee paperwork and manage the employee files.
• Coordinate and inform regarding the employee benefits program. Track employee training to ensure that all employees receive orientation and on-going training.
• Supervise front desk staff and any other administrative support staff. Cover the reception desk when needed at the community.  Oversee the telephone training and quality assurance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director.

Salary: $17.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Part Time, Friday 4pm-8pm, Rotating Weekends 8am-4pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
• Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.

Starting Salary: $18.50 per hour

 In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.

Schedule: Full Time, occasional weekend Manager On Duty shifts

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments and resident care plans, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment and care planning.
