The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Salary: $16.00 - $17.45 per hour, based on experience

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Hires and trains Line Cooks and Dishwashers, under general direction of the Director of F&B
• Places food and supply orders
• Completes and documents safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
• Ensures correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
• Oversees kitchen labor and food cost; monitors budget
• Prepares high quality food

Salary: $18.25 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, hours vary depending on department needs 

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and maintaining inventories 

Salary: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents. 
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Salary: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, varying shifts, including every other weekend

• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.

Salary: Starting at $14.00 per hour, based on experience

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen.
• Assist with food delivery to Memory Care.
• Assist with putting away dry stock.
• Replace Coca Cola refills & fill ice machine.

Salary: $16.95 - $17.75 per hour, depending on experience
