The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include driving the sales efforts for assigned communities in the region. This role is also responsible for hiring, training and coaching sales staff to ensure complete/full occupancy of the community. This position plays a vital role as a member of the senior leadership team and is instrumental in the development and execution of the strategic plan, future business policies and processes, and related business development activity.

• Establish performance goals and monitor performance on a continual basis for all sales team members.
• Work within established community budgets, ensure that each Sales team is achieving or exceeding projected occupancy and operating within budgetary guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and appropriately address the resident population for shifts in preferences, values and attitudes using personal interviews, approved surveys, resident committees, suggestion boxes, etc.
• Work with the ED to understand the community sales performance and how to direct sales staff effectively.
• Conduct ongoing mentoring and onsite training for sales team.
• Orient and onboard new team members, including training on sales techniques, sales tools and platforms.
• Oversee all assigned communities’ sales reports and monitor data entry of lead information into appropriate systems.
• Monitor call tracking, video content, social media, sales database notes and metrics to improve lead generation/management and sales.
• Interview Sales team candidates and provide recommendations and critical insight to ED for hiring decisions.
• Personally shop competitor communities in local primary marketing areas (PMAs).
• Conduct onsite sales in the absence of a salesperson.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in Assisted Living and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Hourly: $18.25 - $19.90 per hour, based on experience

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

Salary: $15.80 - $17.25 per hour, based on experience

They use effective interpersonal communication and leadership skills to motivate team members in providing quality care and services to promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Direct resident well-being according to State regulations to ensure appropriate and acceptable standards of care and adequate staffing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• In conjunction with the Executive Director recruit, select, supervise, mentor, appraise and counsel caregiving team members
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment, care planning and team assignments

The Restaurant Systems Coordinator is responsible for optimizing and managing the technology systems that support food and beverage operations in senior living communities. This role involves analyzing restaurant and dining software, improving workflows, integrating technology solutions, monitoring compliance and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:  

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of restaurant and dining-related technology systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between software systems, including point of sale, food cost management, purchasing, recipes, menus, resident meal tracking and business information (BI).
• Monitor systems’ performance, conduct configuration reviews and troubleshoot issues, systems updates, and enhancements, coordinating with vendors for support for systems’ optimization.
• Analyze dining and restaurant operations data to identify inefficiencies and report findings.
• Track restaurant systems compliance and act as systems’ gatekeeper.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline ordering, meal tracking, cost reporting and billing.
• Generate reports on purchasing, compliance, meal trends, participation, and operational costs to support decision-making.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure security and data integrity of restaurant systems.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Train restaurant staff and community managers on system usage and best practices.
• Function as a liaison between home office, restaurant teams and software vendors.
