The responsibilities for this role include:

• Hires and trains Line Cooks and Dishwashers, under general direction of the Director of F&B
• Places food and supply orders
• Completes and documents safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
• Ensures correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
• Oversees kitchen labor and food cost; monitors budget
• Prepares high quality food

Schedule: Full time- Noc Shift, 10:00PM - 6:00AM

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Salary: $18.25 - $19.75 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time 7am-3pm Weekdays and every third weekend

Salary: $19.00-$21.50 per hour, based on experience

As a Dishwasher, there is experience required; just the ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands wet – literally! The Dishwasher position is responsible for ensuring the kitchen team has clean pots to prepare delicious, homecooked meals and dishware to deliver the meals to residents. The residents’ dining experience really does begin with you!

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate a full complement of staff. Maintain department records and perform administrative functions.
• Establish, document, direct, and assist with general kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with the community leadership team for any special functions or needs of residents
• Comply with all state, local, or federal rules, regulations, and licensing requirements related to health, safety (OSHA), and general operations of the Food & Beverage Department

Salary: Starting at $17.80 per hour, based on experience
