The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.

Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops and directs community clinical and medication programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and within standards of clinical practice as defined by the American Nurses Association. Informs and works collaboratively with Executive Director regarding clinical concerns and compliance issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Serves as a clinical resource for community staff.

• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments, completion of resident Care Plans and reviewing them with resident family members and/or Power of Attorney, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• Accountable for timely assessments and accurate care plans in the electronic health record, plus communication with Business Office Manager any additional care given for accurate resident billing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Must be able to work on-call for any shift as needed

Salary: $110,000 - $126,500 annually

The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the Community, achieving high resident/employee satisfaction, generating respect in the neighborhood for the Community, ensuring smooth operation of the Community and reaching the projected budget objectives for the company.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs, requests, concerns, and suggestions.
• Perform marketing and sales activities including public relations efforts, prospective resident follow-up, and direct sales monitoring to ensure positive occupancy percentages.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff in all departments.
• Operate the Community in a manner that will ensure company profitability by exceeding all community budget and census guidelines as set by the company.
• Perform administrative duties including month-end reports. Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly billings, and accounting and bookkeeping requirements (i.e., residents, A/R, A/P, payroll, collections, etc.)
• Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations and all company rules regarding the operation of the Community.
• Have a basic understanding and knowledge of Fair Housing Rules/Laws.

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
• Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.

The Specialist, Food & Beverage is responsible for assisting community Food and Beverage teams at the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations. This position provides on-site support to assigned community through day-to-day operational leadership, training initiatives, and customer service excellence.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the on-site interim Director, Food & Beverage if a community Director, Food and Beverage position is vacant.
• Assist with the on-boarding of new Directors of Food and Beverage, then provides ongoing support and mentorship to incumbent Directors of Food and Beverage.
• Reinforce at-risk communities through additional support of culinary operations, front of house service, recruiting, hiring, training, fiscal oversight, resident satisfaction, and program improvements.
• Collaborates with Food and Beverage regional and executive leadership on the launch and consistent execution of menus, culinary standards, service goals, quality control, policies, and procedures. 
• Up to 75% travel.

Salary: $90,000 - $103,500 annually

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) assists residents in a manner that meets or exceeds community expectations. You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations; document and report care provided; and transport residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.
