Salary Range: $91,980 - $119,595, commensurate with experience

The Internal Audit Supervisor reports to the Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting and works collaboratively with various departments, including but not limited to operations, accounting and development. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and reporting of internal audits. The Internal Audit Supervisor will direct the work of an internal audit staff person, provide guidance, training and support to team members while helping to identify and mitigate risks. The Internal Audit Supervisor will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights into internal control effectiveness and help improve operational efficiencies.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise the development of audit plans and programs, ensuring audit work is conducted in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in the implementation of audit support technology.
• Oversee and participate in the execution of audits across various functional areas. Ensure audits are performed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on identifying control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Manage and mentor the internal audit staff, provide training and feedback to ensure high quality audit work.
• Review and approve audit findings. Ensure clear and actionable recommendations are provided to senior leadership and regional leadership. Present audit results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assess and document key risks and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate those risks. Help design and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Recommend and support the implementation of improvements in business processes, controls, and risk management practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions taken by community leadership to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Work closely with other departments to understand business processes and identify potential areas for audit.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with internal policies, external regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the company’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate existing internal controls and procedures and suggest improvements to mitigate operational risks.
• Travel to Spectrum Retirement Communities is expected.

Denver | Corporate Office

Salary Range: $66,780 - $85,000, commensurate with experience

The Internal Auditor reports to the Internal Audit Supervisor and works collaboratively with various departments, including but not limited to operations, accounting and development. The Internal Auditor will conduct independent and objective assessments of operational, compliance and financial areas to ensure the integrity of business activities and will also provide guidance, training and support to team members at the corporate office and within our communities to help to identify and mitigate risks.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing and completing audits across various functional areas.
• Participate in the implementation of audit support technology.
• Identify and evaluate risks that could impact the achievement of company objectives and recommend improvements to processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results clearly and concisely to community and regional leadership. 
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, development, and information systems, to understand business processes and identify potential areas for audit.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with internal policies, external regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the company’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate existing internal controls and procedures and suggest improvements to mitigate operational risks.

Santa Fe | Las Soleras Senior Living

Schedule: Overnight 11pm to 7am full time.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

New River | The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00

Schedule: Mornings,  Weekends, Afternoons

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Cedar Park | The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living

Salary: $17.00 per hour

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.
• No late nights - kitchen closes approximately 8pm 

Overland Park | Park Meadows Senior Living

Salary: starting at $21.00/hr

Schedule: Full Time, schedule varies

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
