The Transportation Coordinator (Driver) plays a critical role in delivering a structured, reliable, and resident-focused transportation program within the community. This role extends beyond driving to include transportation coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

•  Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including, but not limited to, coverage of designated medical transportation days (Tuesday and Thursday).
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community.
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary.

The Senior, Compliance & Internal Auditor is responsible for work across compliance, systems controls, and internal audit, evaluating compliance with internal policies, efficiency of operational and financial processes and systems, and effectiveness of internal controls. The Senior, Compliance & Internal Auditor independently manages defined compliance workstreams and provides guidance, training, and support to team members at the corporate office and within communities. This position oversees and maintains systems controls to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of operational and financial systems, identifying gaps and implementing improvements to support effective internal processes. This position conducts operational, compliance, and financial assessments to ensure the integrity of business activities, identifying areas for improvement to mitigate risks across the organization and enhance operational efficiencies

In this position, your main responsibilities include:

• Manage assigned compliance workstreams independently with limited supervision, including coordinating policy distribution, supporting the annual compliance risk assessment process, and managing specific project deliverables tied to system implementations.
• Support policy and procedure development by assisting the Director, Compliance & Internal Audit in drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to reflect current company standards. Ensure policies are accurate, clearly written, and formatted consistently and maintain version control within the policy library.
• Conduct system controls review to identify and evaluate control gaps and inefficiencies within operational and financial systems including expansion and improvement of automated controls, user access, and permissions structures to ensure appropriate segregation of duties, and review of system configurations to ensure compliance.
• Planning, executing, and completing audits across various functional areas, primarily operational and compliance audits, and occasionally limited scope financial audits.
• Identify and evaluate risks that could impact the achievement of company objectives and recommend improvements to processes.

The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.

Schedule: Part Time, Varied shifts

• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Schedule: Full Time, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
• Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments

The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The ability to work effectively as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability to change and pace of duties while maintaining a warm and encouraging disposition is important.

• Assist in coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures

The Manager, Treasury is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day cash operations and ensuring optimal liquidity to meet business needs. This role manages banking relationships, short-term cash forecasting, and treasury systems to support efficient and secure financial transactions.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:  

• Oversee daily cash positioning and manage liquidity across multiple accounts / entities.
• Prepare and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and prepare treasury-related reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage banking relationships, including account administration, bank fees, and service quality. Maintain files of all company bank account records and information.
• Evaluate, implement and manage treasury management system and banking platforms to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other disbursement methods and prepare corresponding journal entries.
• Monitor and analyze daily cash activity using multiple bank treasury management platforms and deal with account discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Lead or support treasury-related projects, such as system upgrades, process automation, or bank RFPs.
• Prepare bank deposits and deliver said deposits to banks as needed.
• Review and manage payroll payments and transfers for multiple states.
• Manage corporate credit card inventory and individual user limits.
• Maintain treasury policies and procedures to align with best practices. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with accounting, tax and legal on treasury-related matters. Act as primary liaison between treasury and FP&A, accounting and operations.
• Perform other duties that may be set by the company. Complete all assigned duties that may change from time-to-time according to company needs, working circumstances and corporate directives.

We’re looking for a driven community leader to own the full lease-up journey for a brand-new Spectrum Retirement Community in Scottsdale — from first inquiry to hiring a team and on to opening day. Working from our pre-opening sales center, you’ll be the face of the community before the doors open, helping the Director of Sales to build the pipeline, convert deposits, and hit occupancy goals through smart relationship-building and disciplined sales execution. As we get closer to opening, you will work with your Operations partners to build out a best-in-class team to lead the community.

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead all pre-leasing activity with the Director of Sales— generating leads, managing the waitlist, securing deposits, and converting prospects to residents.
• Run the sales center as the primary hub for tours, discovery meetings, and presentations (including hard-hat tours during construction).
• Build referral networks with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners.
• Represent Spectrum at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and development teams to keep prospects informed throughout construction.
• Track forecasts, deposit projections, and lease-up reporting to stay on target.
