The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Schedule: Full Time - PM shift, 2:00PM-10:00PM

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and potentially Memory Care, with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary.
• Being observant of any changes in resident physical or mental state and reporting changes to leadership.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.

Schedule: Part Time- Overnight shift

 In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.

Schedule: Full Time Morning or Overnight available

• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

The Director, Corporate Taxation is a high-profile individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of federal and state tax compliance, planning, and reporting across Spectrum’s integrated platform. The Director will oversee the work of an external CPA firm in the preparation of approximately 90 federal and 90 state returns annually, spanning corporate-level operator and developer entities as well as a large portfolio of community-level LLCs held in OpCo/PropCo master lease and fund structures. In addition to deep expertise in partnership taxation, the ideal candidate will understand how accounting decisions and tax positions at the LLC level can affect the tax outcomes of key investors and will bring the analytical depth to anticipate and communicate those implications proactively.

Corporate-Level Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Oversee federal and state income tax compliance for the operator and developer corporate-level LLCs, including flow-through reporting to members and equity holders.
• Manage filing obligations for all corporate holding entities, ensuring proper classification, elections, and consistency across the organizational structure.
• Review and approve consolidated or combined state tax filings where applicable, considering nexus positions across all eight operating states; advise leadership on state and local tax implications of entering new states as Spectrum evaluates potential expansion markets.

Community-Level Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Direct the preparation and review of LLC-level federal and state partnership returns for each senior living community, currently approximately 90 entities.
• Manage tax compliance for community partnerships.
• Maintain entity classification schedules (check-the-box elections, Form 8832/8869 filings) and track any changes in ownership that may affect regarded/disregarded status.
• Coordinate with development, corporate accounting, and legal teams on new acquisitions, dispositions, or restructurings that affect entity classification and filing obligations.

Tax Planning & Strategy

•  Develop and implement strategic tax planning in concert with external tax consultants, with a focus on real estate-specific opportunities including bonus depreciation, Section 179, and like-kind exchanges.
• Advise leadership on the tax implications of alternative organizational and ownership structures, helping decision-makers understand the trade-offs between different approaches before commitments are made.
• Model the tax consequences of capital account allocations, special allocations, and guaranteed payments across multi-tier partnership structures.
• Model the tax consequences of alternative exit strategies from specific communities, analyzing outcomes not only at the partnership level but also for key investors, to support well-informed decisions about timing and structure of dispositions.

Tax Accounting & Controls

• Maintain effective control procedures over the full tax process, including coordinating with accrual-accounting teams to record year-end tax adjustments reviewed and provided by the external CPA firms.
• Advise on tax implications of changes in accounting methods, fixed asset policies, capital account maintenance, and book/tax differences across the portfolio.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of tax basis schedules, outside basis tracking, and Section 704(b)/704(c) allocation analysis.
• Manage tax depreciation schedules and reconcile to GAAP for each LLC in the portfolio.

External Relationships & Audit Management

• Serve as primary liaison with external tax firms preparing annual tax packets; review returns and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage IRS and state income tax audits: prepare responses, create supporting schedules, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Receive, process, and resolve all federal and state tax notices across the portfolio.
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual tax projections by the external CPA firms; review for reasonableness and ensure that key investors receive timely, accurate information needed for their own tax planning and reporting obligations.

Tax Function Leadership

• Direct and manage the work of the external CPA firm across the full return portfolio, including setting timelines, providing organized work papers and data packages, reviewing draft returns, and holding the firm accountable for accuracy and deadlines.
• Identify and implement effective ways to collaborate with the broader accounting and finance team — including partnership accountants, property accountants, and corporate accounting staff — to ensure the tax function is well-supported and integrated with financial operations.
• Establish and maintain organized workflows and project management practices to track approximately 180+ returns annually and ensure no filing deadlines are missed.

Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops and directs community clinical and medication programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and within standards of clinical practice as defined by the American Nurses Association. Informs and works collaboratively with Executive Director regarding clinical concerns and compliance issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Serves as a clinical resource for community staff.

• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments, completion of resident Care Plans and reviewing them with resident family members and/or Power of Attorney, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• Accountable for timely assessments and accurate care plans in the electronic health record, plus communication with Business Office Manager any additional care given for accurate resident billing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Must be able to work on-call for any shift as needed

The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assisting in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.

Schedule: Full Time, weekends required,  and may work occasional evenings

• Develop an effective outreach plan based on the needs of the community.
• Ensure apartment readiness and the completion of all move-in paperwork prior to move-in.
• Monitor the community, model apartments, and outside grounds to ensure that the community is clean and tour-ready.

Schedule: Full-Time NOC 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
