Denver | Corporate Office

Salary Range: $66,780 - $85,000, commensurate with experience

The Internal Auditor reports to the Internal Audit Supervisor and works collaboratively with various departments, including but not limited to operations, accounting and development. The Internal Auditor will conduct independent and objective assessments of operational, compliance and financial areas to ensure the integrity of business activities and will also provide guidance, training and support to team members at the corporate office and within our communities to help to identify and mitigate risks.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing and completing audits across various functional areas.
• Participate in the implementation of audit support technology.
• Identify and evaluate risks that could impact the achievement of company objectives and recommend improvements to processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results clearly and concisely to community and regional leadership. 
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, development, and information systems, to understand business processes and identify potential areas for audit.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with internal policies, external regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the company’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate existing internal controls and procedures and suggest improvements to mitigate operational risks.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Westerville | Westerville Senior Living

Director of Nursing – LPN/RN plans, organizes, develops and directs community clinical and medication programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and within standards of clinical practice as defined by the American Nurses Association. Informs and works collaboratively with Executive Director regarding clinical concerns and compliance issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Serves as a clinical resource for community staff.

• Provide nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Completion of health assessments, completion of resident Care Plans and reviewing them with resident family members and/or Power of Attorney, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introduce interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, etc. Also provide medication administration and help with resident care, as needed
• Accountable for timely assessments and accurate care plans in the electronic health record, plus communication with Business Office Manager any additional care given for accurate resident billing
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Must be able to work on-call for any shift as needed

South Elgin | Silver Glen Senior Living

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Part Time, 3+ Days a week (8:30am-4:30pm)
