Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively, “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with applicable laws and using generally-accepted industry practices. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (e.g., name, address, email address, or phone number).

This Privacy Policy explains how Company collects and uses the Personal Information of visitors to our hosted application pages and how we use our recruiting, onboarding and scheduling software platforms (the “Services”) to collect Personal Information from individuals who are either job applicants or employees of our communities. Company is responsible for the processing of your Personal Information and you should contact us directly with any questions you may have regarding our privacy policies or data processing practices, and if you want to modify your Personal Information or delete it from our Services.

Company may transfer Personal Information to third party companies that help us provide our Services. Transfers to these third parties are governed by our contracts with our customers. We will not sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties.

Company may collect the following information, including Personal Information from and about you:
From job and shift submissions for potential and current employers: We collect Personal Information that you submit as part of your employment application and submission processes.

Cookies, Scripts and Related Technologies: When you visit our websites, we receive and record Personal Information that you may have provided and your digital signature, such as your IP address. The technologies we may use to track your movements around our website include cookies, tracking scripts and pixels, and tagging technologies, which we may employ to improve your experience on our website, etc. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY COMPANY

Individuals who are either employed by or applying for jobs with Company have the right to ask us to correct, amend, or delete data pertaining to those individuals. If you wish to have your Personal Information deleted from Company account, please contact us at legal@spectrumretirement.com directly to resolve your concern.
Individuals applying for jobs to Company have the ability to opt in to receive SMS messages from us regarding their employment application. If the candidate does not provide their consent to receive messages during the job application process, no SMS messages will be sent to the individual via Company.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Subject to applicable law, you may have the rights to request access to and receive information about the Personal Information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by local law. To exercise these rights, please contact us as set forth below in the how to contact us section.

Customer account information. You can update, edit or remove your account information at any time by logging into the website.

Cookies. If you do not want us to collect cookies on the website, you may set your browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You can opt out of the collection and use of certain information, which we collect about you by automated means, including cookies, when you visit our websites. Your browser may tell you how to be notified and opt out of receiving certain types of cookies.
