In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

Schedule: Part-time, hours vary

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing necessary duties for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning tasks.
• Washing all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for resetting the dining room.
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Cleaning the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
• Sweeping and mopping dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to the kitchen.
