Schedule: Full Time

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. 

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.

Chandler | The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living

Schedule: Part-Time, Days and Hours Vary, Every other weekend commitment

The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The ability to work effectively as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability while maintaining a warm and encouraging disposition is important.

• Assist in coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans.
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders.
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.

Lake Zurich | Cedar Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care

The Director of Resident Care plans, implements, directs, and monitors effective Assisted Living and Memory Care systems in accordance with Spectrum’s philosophy, policies, resident rights, and state regulations. They use effective interpersonal communication and leadership skills to motivate team members in providing quality care and services to promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Direct resident well-being according to State regulations to ensure appropriate and acceptable standards of care and adequate staffing.
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance.
• In conjunction with the Executive Director recruit, select, supervise, mentor, appraise and counsel caregiving team members.
• In conjunction with the community’s multidisciplinary team, coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment, care planning and team assignments.
• Ensure appropriate delivery of services as identified in resident care plans by delegating and communicating verbal and written expectations to caregiving team members.

Algonquin | The Oaks at Algonquin Senior Living

Salary: $14.50

Schedule: Part Time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing dish and pot washing, as well as general cleaning duties.
• Washing all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for resetting the dining room.
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Cleaning the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
• Sweeping and mopping the dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to the kitchen.

Peoria | Palos Verdes Senior Living

Salary: Depends on Experince 
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.
