Spectrum Retirement Accessibility Statement

At Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC (Spectrum), it is important to us that all of the goods, services, activities, and facilities that are offered or provided by us at a given community are accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Spectrum and its affiliated communities are dedicated to fostering an inclusive community environment and to complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Housing Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Americans with Disabilities Act.

Website Accessibility
Spectrum’s websites incorporate the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget. This software allows Spectrum to improve its website accessibility in accordance with the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (currently WCAG 2.1).

Utilizing the Accessibility Menu
The UserWay Website Accessibility Widget can be enabled by clicking the accessibility menu icon (the image of a stick figure person within a blue circle) that appears on the right side of the screen toward the middle of the page. After clicking on the icon, the accessibility menu will become available.

Spectrum strives to ensure that all individuals are afforded access to Spectrum’s services and programs offered at each community, as well as all information related thereto.

Despite all of our efforts to ensure that the content of the various materials and media that we create (whether printed, digital, audio, or visual) is available in different formats and accessible to all, please understand that we are limited by certain technological or other constraints, and it is possible that certain content cannot be converted or adapted into different formats. Additionally, for content that is capable of being converted or adapted, the conversion process may alter the original content in ways that are not intended or anticipated.
