Monthly Charges

Provides access to essential services that elevate your daily living experience, including apartment utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, engaging community activities and programs, and the continuous upkeep of shared spaces and amenities.

One-Time Fee

The Community Fee is aligned with the value of your first month’s rent, up to a maximum of $5,000. This fee helps ensure your apartment is beautifully prepared, supports the upkeep and enhancement of community spaces and amenities, and covers essential administrative services for a seamless living experience.

Covers the impact of pets on community spaces and common areas.
