Care & Community Fees
At Mountain Park Senior Living, our pricing is transparent, so you understand exactly what you’re paying for and don’t spend your money on services you aren’t using. We see you as YOU, and no one else. Our care team will help to create a personalized care plan, so you get the support you need. What if things change? The fees outlined below can be added to your estimated monthly rent to provide an accurate estimate of your total monthly expenses. Monthly Fees
Levels of Care (One – Five)
Assisted Living – $500 per level of care
Memory Care – $600 per level of care
Spectrum employs a unique five-tiered level of care rate structure combined with a tiered approach to medication management and insulin support. This is designed to enhance our existing services by presenting a comprehensive approach to how we evaluate levels of care. By using this unique tiered program, we can provide the supportive health services that best suit our residents’ wants and needs.
Medication Management
1-5 medications per day – $300
6-10 medications per day – $400
11+ medications per day – $500
Insulin Injections
Up to 2 per day – $300 Without sliding scale
Up to 4 per day – $500 With or without sliding scale
Second Occupant Fee
$750
Does not include care or other ancillary charges. Double occupancy is not available in Memory Care.
One-time Fees
Community Fee
$3,000
Covers the use and maintenance of community spaces.
Pet Fee
$500
Covers the impact of pets on community spaces.
