Mountain Park residents put on their very own Variety Show for the community, and they LIT up the room with their impressive performances. They enjoyed sharing their talents with their fellow peers and inspiring others never to stop pursuing their passions!
We celebrated Mother's Day by hosting a Flower Bar where the residents could create their own bouquets to take on their way. We appreciate these ladies so much and thank you for your wisdom, kindness, and love. You guys are such an inspiration to us all!
ALOHA! What a spectacular night we had with Royal Islanders✨! Residents, families and friends had a blast at our Hawaiian Festival and enjoyed island-inspired food🍍, delicious drinks🍹, Hawaiian music and Polynesian dancing🎶. It was a night of tropical fun🌴, and we all made ...unforgettable memories!
Residents had a wonderful time making flower arrangements today! It's a creative outlet that allows you to express yourself and make something beautiful. Plus, it's a great way to bring some nature indoors!
It was a beautiful day for our Memory Care residents to be outdoors and create their own birdhouses and terracotta planters! It was a fun activity for them to get their hands dirty and grow their garden 🌞
What do you get when you combine plants, glass, and creativity? Terrariums! These miniature ecosystems fascinated our residents, and they had a great time learning about them while creating their little greenhouses to take home!
Resident, Bill, helped our memory care residents plant flowers and get their green thumbs ready for the summer! Bill did a great job teaching everyone his tips and tricks, and the residents enjoyed spending time with him. They are so excited to continue sprucing up the garden and are looking ...forward to watching the plants grow!
Local volunteers taught our residents how to make funky homemade crepes. While demonstrating how they made crepes, the residents made spring crafts to brighten up the dining rooms.
Residents love to get involved and love working with our volunteers!
