Nothing brings a neighborhood together quite like a shared love for animals. 🤍 The sound of joyful laughter echoing down the halls has been non-stop since these little ones arrived. Our residents have naturally taken on the role of chief snuggle coordinators, making sure that every single moment of the day is filled with gentle pets and watchful eyes. It is a beautiful, daily reminder that compassion and the deep desire to care for others have absolutely no age limit.

The most beautiful impromptu wedding just happened at Las Palomas Senior Living! 💍✨

Our resident Ed received the surprise of a lifetime when his daughter Cathy arrived from Chicago ready to say her vows. She was getting married for the first time at seventy years old and wanted her parents completely front and center. Our team pulled off an absolute miracle by sourcing a harpist, a cake, and gorgeous flowers in record time. Cathy even walked down the aisle carrying her mother's vintage brooch on her bouquet. Celebrating love surrounded by family is exactly what living colorfully is all about.

Hear From Residents and Family of Palos Heights Senior Living!

I cannot say enough great things about this place and the staff. We recently moved my grandfather into his apartment and from start to finish everyone was fantastic. There were a few bumps in the road on the way but Lynette, Jenny, Susan and Pauline ironed everything out and made us super comfortable leaving him in their care. Every visit my grandfather talks about how nice the people are, how happy everyone is, how great the food is. He truly is a whole new person. Thank you thank you thank you!

In early 2024, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Fila, Sales Director, to arrange a move-in for a family member, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Even when the decision to cancel the move-in date was made, she showed genuine compassion and understanding. Her dedication to helping families navigate this transition with care and empathy is truly commendable. I recommend Palos Heights Senior Living and appreciate the support provided by Jennifer.

My mom was at Palos Heights Senior Living for approximately 3 years on the Memory Care Unit. I can't say enough good things about the care givers and Susan Healey, the Director of Nursing.All the care givers on the Memory Care unit and Susan made me feel very comfortable when I visited my mom, and they kept me well informed regarding her care and needs. My mom was well taken care of and treated with respect and dignity. The environment on the unit was always clean and tidy. I will truly miss the staff at Palos Heights Senior Living on the Memory Care unit.

It's a beautiful, newer facility. Halls were a little tight, but rooms were spacious. Knowledgeable staff gave great insight on expectations.

My dad moved into Palos Senior Living in the beginning of the year; to say that this has been his best year in a very long time is an understatement! From the amenities to the daily activities, day trips and special events, to the food and the staff, even the new friendships he has made, his new home is everything he (and I) didn' know he (we) needed. Initially this wasn't the easiest decision, but after meeting Jen, Lynn and Pauline, I knew that this would be my father's home. The warmth that the ladies mentioned and Tracy, Sheila and all of the staff has shown him is unbelievable. He has done more things in the last 10 months than he has in years. I am so grateful for this place and I can't say enough about how much PSL means to me, and my father! Thank you for all that you do, your kindness and compassion is unmatched!

I recently moved my husband from a memory care faculty to Palos heights senior living memory care . It has very caring care givers , nurses and managers . The care and attention he receives is above most places . His room ihas its own shower and cable , pleasant decor . The dining room is cheerfully and good food,But most importantly is the attention to making the residents feel important and loved ., while attending to their needs . If you are in this type of situation of looking for a facility , check out palos heights senior living ,

My mom has lived here for two years and has found a wonderful community of friends. The place is new and beautifully decorated. They seem to have worked out the kinks of being short-staffed, and have a new, better chef. My issue is with Spectrum - they continue to raise the rent above the % agreed upon in the contract. My mom is on a fixed income as all these older folks are. She’s happy here. Please don’t push it to being cost-prohibitive for corporate greed.

We did a zoom call with Joanne Birtch and she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She gave great advice in regards to speaking with my mother in law about this major life change. We feel more comfortable speaking with her after speaking with Joanne. We were able to get a good understanding of the apartments available and what the costs will include. We hope we are able to bring her in for an in person tour Spring of 2021. Our zoom could not have gone better!!
