Nervous you won’t make friends? Unlikely! Afraid you’ll have to give up your hobbies? Not a chance. Get a glimpse into our community programming and what life is like living here by checking out our Facebook page. We frequently share what residents have been doing to stay active, involved, and living life to the fullest.

We waited all summer for the long-awaited Union Center food truck rally in West Chester, Ohio to finally arrive and today was the day! And what a beautiful day it was! Our AL residents enjoyed strolling around the event to select from the more than 40 vendors for lunch out in the August sunshine! ...We had nachos, fried chicken, fish & chips, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, Chicago dogs beer, and more! Yum! We already can't wait to return next year!

We would like to introduce our most cherished resident, #MyrtletheTurtle. A 3-toed box turtle, Myrtle found her way to our community and into our hearts. She’s bringing so much joy to our #MemoryCare neighborhood. This series will highlight the love and connection between animals and humans. We ...are excited to show you how Myrtle the Turtle is enriching the lives of our incredible residents.

Without further ado, Myrtle the Turtle: The Series🐢

For a woman whose life has been fueled by her adventurous spirit, being able to check off all 50 states from her travel list is a great accomplishment. Pat is a woman who moved quite frequently due to the nature of her husband’s job. Pat and her husband have visited every state except for one, ...Alaska.

Pat has a great passion for traveling as well as painting. So, it came as no surprise when Pat said her @wishofalifetime was to travel to Alaska to take a painting class.

Thank you @wishofalifetime, for helping Pat and her daughter get to Alaska. They both attended an outdoor painting class and enjoyed every second of it!

It was a gorgeous day to root -root- root for the home team at Great American Ball Park. Residents from our AL and MC came together to enjoy an afternoon of baseball as our Cincinnati Reds took on the Miami Marlins. We may not have taken home the big win yesterday, but we had a blast!

Here's to 103 years of memories and 103 years of life! You are special, and honor is due to all the great experiences life has given you. You've lived a FULL life and have brought so much joy to everyone that knows you.

Happy birthday 🎁🎉

We toured this facility today and were not impressed at all, the sales lady was somewhat dismissive of many our questions, couldn’t answer others and the place was a ghost town - nobody was in any of the social areas. The facilities are newer and appeared nice, but it is not the place for any of my loved ones, they are only at 33% capacity for a reason.

Very Impressive! Excellent Standard of Living! Don’t let the small parking lot detour you from entering the facility. It is an extremely nice place for anyone to live. Don’t hesitate to take your loved one to visit the facility. Large apartments with a lot of light from the large windows. The countertops in the kitchen are granite, washer/dryer and a full size refrigerator. I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer facility for someone you love. This is a beautiful place and West Chester is lucky to have it for our elderly. Ask Chad to take you for a tour. Becky C.

I recently toured this building with my mother, as she is getting ready to make her move to an Assisted Living facility, and we were really happy with what we saw and experienced. The building is clean and the staff were really nice and helpful, every question we had we felt we got an answer. I feel that we met everyone as we toured, from the Executive Director to the Maintenance Director and even the housekeeper that would clean my mothers room, everyone seemed to be out in the halls doing something and were so nice and welcoming to us. It was a very warm atmosphere. We have toured several buildings in the past few months and West Chester Assisted Living has been, by far, the best and most memorable experience we have had. We were even given a free lunch so my mom could sample the service and it was the best food we have had during these tours. The kitchen was staff were welcoming and warm also. They made sure my mom’s food was prepared as she liked it and that she had everything she needed. There were multiple options for her to choose from and even chicken tenders for my son!Overall we were very pleased and I’m certain, that when she is ready, my mom and I will definitely choose West Chester Assisted Living!
