Shannon the Executive Director willingly, enthusiastically showed us the property and sold us on this living experience. It’s a 5-star place for a reasonable price. Interviewed here, it was a phenomenal environment. It was clean and tidy with very kind staff! The executive director, Rita is very kind.10/10 would recommend anyone wanting to look for a place to move their family.Life enrichment is something they truly care about for the residents to maintain a wonderful day to day life.Hopefully people are as astounded by the beauty of the building as I was.

I visited Shawnee Hills on a tour with my best friend & her mother. It was a Beautiful experience!! There is a true, genuine sense of Family, Care & LOVE at this community. The residents were all so very nice & stopped to talk with us & tell us she would love it there. Janet with the community gave us the tour & spent lots of time with us, but she was a God send & took her time & did above & BEYOND to accommodate us. Her genuine care & compassion for the community shows throughout the entire place! It was very obvious & apparent the residents LOVE her back! It was obvious with the other staff we came in contact with that they were happy & loved the residents. Beautiful grounds, beautiful interior. Lots of activities & KIND, happy residents.P.S. the food was AWESOME!!

Janet and Rita at Shawnee Hills are AMAZING!! If you are wanting to move a loved one you wouldn't regret it! All the residents love it there and they do an amazing job at making you feel at home. The rooms are so spacious and so much room. A studio doesn't even feel like a studio apartment!

Shawnee Hills exceeded all of our expectations. The Staff, Accommodations, Activities, and Dining is all 5 star. I visited several senior living facilities and was not impressed. However, once we stepped foot into Shawnee Hills, it was love at first sight. It’s safe, fun and turn key for the next chapter in your love one’s lives who wants to continue enjoying their senior years. Totally recommend Shawnee Hills to anyone who is considering transitioning into independent living. My parents are so happy and that’s all the matters!

Shawnee Hills has proven to be a perfect place for our mom. She loves her spacious one bedroom apartment, balcony and provided meals. The staff and management were so helpful in our mom's transition to living at Shawnee Hills. In her words, she said moving to Shawnee Hills is like going to college and living in a dorm. There are so many nice people to meet, fun activities and people always stop by to invite you to lunch and dinner. Our family is so happy with the "community feel" at Shawnee Hills.

I had a fantastic experience when I visited my aunt who raves about the community and the staff. She is extremely happy staying at this community because she loves each resident, staff, and food. I am happy to know that my aunt is at a great place after meeting some of the staff Rita, who is the Executive Director, and Marcy and Mary Lou who's at the front desk.

My mom was hesitant to move to a senior living community, using a walker now she wanted to fit in. Shawnee Hills was great at getting her apartment ready in record time so she could move in from her rehab discharge. All the people are great especially Lisa which made everything happen on time and looking great. Thanks!

My mother was 84 when she moved to Shawnee Hills. Prior to her moving in I spoke to, texted, and e-mailed Ms. Lisa Blanchard (Director of Sales & Marketing). That title is a fancy title. She is just Lisa. She was so helpful, patient, and kind to myself, the son of my mother. Then she had my mother in for a a tour and lunch. Needless to say my mother moved in. This place is very new, but not nearly as expensive as others. My mother is having so much fun. She is dressing up for dinners. She is taking pictures of the people and her place. I am so grateful how easy the transition was, and I am amazed how genuine Lisa and the rest of the workers are. I would recommend this place for anyone, if I were not so young, I would move there myself.

Wow. My mom was happy there her very first day. Shawnee Hills is like a really nice hotel with a personality all its own. She has now spent 2 weeks there and loves it. She loves the residents, facilities, staff and food. Mom now walks every day ... in the halls or outside depending on the weather. Everyone is so friendly. They put up my dad's navy uniform in the veterans display ... which my mom totally loves. My aunts and uncles really appreciated it too. Family and friends all love her room and are really glad she is there.
